Unboxing Day! Even Embers Outdoor Griddle - and French Toast!

We love cooking outdoors and had been looking for an outdoor griddle for some time. We really wanted a 5 burner griddle with a large cooking surface that was within our lower budget. Through our cooking blog we want to showcase cooking incredible meals on a smaller budget - so we purchase lower priced grills etc. to stay true to that.

Well, we found an incredible outdoor griddle that checks all the boxes! Even Embers 5 Burner Griddle from Tractor Supply has become our favorite outdoor cooking area. It was well within the budget that we wanted to stick to, it has the 5 burners we were looking for and a larger than most surface area to cook on with shelves on both sides. While yes, there are "bigger brands," and higher priced options out there - we went for practicality and budget - and this was a big win! We think by having the 5'th burner and larger surface area this griddle outdoes its competitors just by function alone, but the lower price is a perk for sure!

When deciding what to cook first we went with breakfast for dinner so we could cook bacon first, which would help season the surface too, and they kiddos wanted Mama's French toast. It all turned out perfectly! If you purchase one let us know what you think too!
